As someone who grabs whatever small pleasures are going... ....I always like the ambiguous label on one of the apple-fragranced shampoos. "Wet hair and apply shampoo" Is it an instruction for how to use it or a list of the items you need? George, Does this come from the same Treasure Trove of Simple Pleasures as `Alarmed Door` and `Boo!` ?

Indeed it does, Morticia. M&S is a rich source. As well as 'Alarmed Door' they have those 'No Smoking. Except Guide Dogs' signs and on their Ready Meals for One 'Before cooking, remove sleeve and film'.

There is a door in Richmond, Surrey that is `Alarmed 24 hours a day`. Poor thing.

Treasure trove Bare arm I understand now George is some kind of a man with lots of treasures and arms. He is a good catch for any lady (as my friend said about her husband).

Returning to guide dogs, what are we to make of "No Dogs. Except Guide Dogs"? (Can they be taught to read?)

t-p, with your ref to George as "some kind of a man with lots of treasures and arms" I now expect to see him take the lead in Bluebeard's Castle...

This is George's house. We solved the mistery. I am sure there is the second and third floor there and some parts are also closed. I think it is very impressive, George.
