Not all gyms force you to listen to music, and I wouldn't join one which did. One of the luxuries of being in London is the range of choice, and I sympathise with those of you who only have one local gym...

These scenes (Mort et Mart)are strikingly similar to the steamy pavements of downtown littlehampton from whence i type pre overnight writeathon - 20s chicago if it closed at 9.15. full punctuation temporarily restored by ozone or perhaps bash at lunnun brij. nice to know youre there folks. been a bit sturm und drangy as anty is aware past couple of days, shoulders unhunched pro tem after hassle with local hoodlums viz a viz vulnerable clients in vauxhall.

I don't mind the music that much, especially given that the gym is about 40 seconds' walk from my front door. I can see that putting on dance music puts many people in a more lively kind of mood for their exercising. There are in my opinion far worse places for background music to be going on. I just found it quite odd that someone would want to listen to the same thing on headphones as everyone else is hearing without them.
