Tired and a bit fed up with the fact that my piece is really quite awkward to notate. Also fed up that no-one has waffled since my last post and I can't waffle without having posted three in a row on that thread. So I'm saying goodnight here. Goodnight.

I think CAB will be my first `phone call (if they are open) and then gird my loins for the Social Workers and. grr, the Housing Partnership. I send you all a OPh, and a

I think CAB will be my first `phone call. Best of luck to you, Morticia, but if I could offer one bit of advice, I had to speak to the CAB a couple of months ago and I found it impossible to speak to anyone on the phone even though I tried four different offices. It's either engaged or no one answers. The best way is to call personally.

This thread has been awarded a great accolade. The king Koi carp from a neighbouring pond of somewhat more diminutive dimensions has given it a mention: http://www.for3.org/forums/showthread.php?p=1083#post1083

My word, that's certainly a glowing reference. Makes me totally ashamed of my useless life and wishing I were instead an intrepid FoR3.

Well I seem to remeber her posting here early on and not being happy with what she perceived to be a lack of security. She is not to be found on the list of 'members' now, so she either removed herself, or was removed. If the latter, I think we would/should have been consulted.

How many cats are there Kitty. I have one living outside (wild stray cat). I used to have a cat who loved sharpen her claws against our sofa. I don't think I could take two or three cats in the house.
Please tell me how many cats are there?
13 (I think. Too many to be sure) There are two means of refuge from the misery of life—music and cats.

Doctor Schweitzer, I have both. What the hell is wrong with me?

Anna banned from here? Surely not? It`s not as though she came and posted about Toad Twizzlers or hedgehog flavoured Hula Hoops, which is what got us both slung off the R3MB. But then I`m just a Googleheaded dullard, so what do I know? All this MB ill-feeling that has sprung up seems so unnecessary. No one has killed anyone (apart from RW killing free speech) or sold State secrets, but us lot would appear to be disloyal deserters. Even if we still post on the `official` R3 board. Gordon Duck! As I said in a previous life........l

Please don't get me started on "upspeaking". This is a contagion spreading throughout the land, acquired I believe from watching too many Australian soap operas. I detest it as much as I detest people who say Ja when they mean yes.
Can anybody name a great Australian composer? I don't think so.
Equally annoying is the habit of saying "kind of" at least twice in every sentence. I understand that it betrays a deep insecurity in the speaker. Well, if you're that insecure then don't speak!
Here endeth the rant. Pax vobiscum.

Typed most of a long post on the Thomas Ades Hoax thread and accidentally deleted it.
It was good too.
