It makes me vertigo. I had a few spells of that a few times. Looks to me as if you can now spell it right first time. Bravo t-p

Your post reminds me that I forgot to grunt about not having patience and not being meticulous person of a lazy disposition I should think more before exposing you all to my grammar and spelling. I do have a fast fingers though. Thank you for your kindness. I can spell some words well and then suddenly make a mistake. It is very frustrating. I have a few other grunts, but I think one is allowed one per visiting the room.

Nobody knows the trouble I've seen, Nobody knows the trouble I've seen, Nobody knows the trouble I've seen, Nobody knows but Jesus not quite right, but you get the idea? I used to do a lot of cross-country riding (shortcuts along footpaths) and it seemed like I always got a puncture that went flat when I was nearly, but not quite halfway to my destination.

Put into perspective beautifully Kitty. But some things can wind you up disproportionately. I subscribe to BBC music mag. Didn't receive my copy this month. Now I'm sure it is Royal Mail's fault but you would think it would be good customer service from the publisher to just send me another one. But oh no, call centre hell ensues for ten days. As if I am really trying to rip them off for another £4.25 mag so I have two copies of it instead of one. Can't buy a copy off the shelf because no retail outlet here stocks it ( main reason for subscribing ). Have eventually got agreement they will send another copy but it ain't here yet.
Then there is Britannia Classical. Don't use them hardly at all these days but the brochure arrives each month. This month has a promotion on Hyperion Helios, three for £15. Which was quite attractive and I ordered. But have I received that discount ? No, charged the full price. Again, we are only talking £6 but hey, that could be another Naxos cd. More circles to be gone round and round I fear.

Teenage daughter sneaked into bathroom in front of me this morning, occupied it for half an hour - when I got in there shower was tepid. Second time this week ...
I come out of bathroom, fall over trombone case considerately left on landing by teenage daughter. Swear. Remonstrate. Told I should have looked where I was going, and to "chill" .....

How about suggesting to teenage daughter that the trombone should be connected to the hot water system enabling parent to obtain a hot shower and removing the obstacle on the landing at the same time? (with apologies to all trombonists)

Perfect Wagnerite, This is the funniest sounding grunt I ever heard. I would not like a cold shower in the morning. But the trombone thing got me laughing. I forgot I was in a grumpy old rant room.

It's not really a grump - but this morning I went for the first time to the nearby town , alone, on a bus. As I got on, the driver said, 'Watch where you walk , someone has been sick' so carefully avoiding it all I sat down. After a short journey we stopped and waited for someone to come and clean it. About 10 mins later we were asked to get off while they did this, then we were asked to get on again and all was eventually well. Dusing this time there was no sign of another bus even though they are supposed to come every 5-10 minutes... just a little rant ! A

I suppose t-p that a rant is - just sort of going on about something until you get it off your chest, then you feel better!
