Yes it's mr sudden. The last picture is a brassiere; these do not come in size "cc" (Or do they?!)
They do come in size DD, however.... anyway, the hint may be more cryptic than the original clue, so sorry about that...

Is this a composer we've heard of? I'm juggling elements like olly/OS, longer/shorter and bra/bikini top for the surname and first two initial A. B. Doesn't suggest anything to me.

Well, the clue for the initials seems to go aa, bb, dd, which could imply that the initials of the composer are gg. (a=1, a+1=2, 2=b, 2+2=4, 4=d, 4+3=7, 7=g) or actually we could be doubling at each step, so that the new initials would be HH...
I'm assuming that the chunk 'ous' is present (as in 'Chalumeauphile member [os] usurps you ') in a truncated word that is a size comparison verdict (presumably just one letter is missing at either end).
Wrong tree arf arf?

a=1, b=2, d=4, the one after next would be p
I think olly is fine, but misspelled.

Or (to give you a hint), I could reword the clue thus:
'I hear the Blues (6)'

Nope. I was thinking that a clue referencing boules was the way to go with Boulez... But it's another ball game that should point you in the right direction with this one.
