How about we make a 'rule' here that we try only ever to have one puzzle going at a time? Otherwise it gets confusing and hard to follow.

IGI - I'm struggling a bit with yours. A hint, or a sub off the bench, perhaps?  Tongue

The Sibelius and Nielsen require a bit of digging, but the latter is quite well known.

Yes, IGI, well done. All have done variaitons, etc. Tim Wheeler, well thats me!! You obviously wouldnt have gussed my contribution. I have done an arrangement for brass band of the last movement, (Finale), of Beethoven's Eroica Symphony. So all to do with the 'variation' theme)No pun intended there!!)

Now, I thought there could well be a brass band connection, but no idea it was you, bbm!!

I think it's time to bring a second sub off the bench, as martle's gone strangely quiet...

Being away, IGI, I'm having a few unanticipated research problems on a friend's laptop, so I may have to wait till I'm home! By which time someone's bound to have got it...  Cry
