Yes, good luck. I would gladly have lent you my tie, which instead of Sonic the Hedgehog features a glittery Statue of Liberty and the stars and stripes. Very useful for all the Republican Party fundraisers I have to attend.

Best of luck, incre - don't forget, in case anything goes horribly wrong with your friend's tie option, you can always put one on a card and then return it after the interview (as long as you hide the labels carefully)...

The city is a process which always veers away from the form envisaged and desired, ... whose revenge upon its architects and planners undoes every dream of mastery. It is [also] one of the sites where Dasein is assigned the impossible task of putting right what can never be put right. - Rob Lapsley

Daylong interview was...more tiring than I expected: spent the day going from door to door with people selling cosmetics (that was somewhat of a surprise). Learned quite a lot. Don't think I'd be able to take another minute, much less 65-hour weeks.

I'm tired. Did I mention that? Bleedin' knackered.
Wouldn't mind an hour-heavy week for a couple of years if the job was something I wanted to do. But, 'direct sales'? No thanks.
I liked the following marketing mnemonic, which I learned today:
Fear Urgency Greed Indifference
(pronounced foo - jee)
