Just finihed the last of a Fleurie - Domaine de Fonfotin.  And some cheese.  Bizarro dreams tonight to aid that other thread.

I decided to have a `lazy` coffee about half an hour ago, grabbed the jar and found myself staring in puzzlement at my cup which was full of ---- black olives. Wrong jar. Serves me right for being lazy. Grin

That isn't by any chance the great and wonderful N F Simpson is it, Martle? It looks remarkably like him. At least from the neck up, which is all I've ever had access to before.

No idea, George - I just checked the site that pic comes from and it's unattributed. Who's this Simpson geezer, then?

(BTW, sorry Aaron.)

Mary: I'm into smoothies in a big way at the moment. I know you can make your own, but it's all so...messy! And the Innocent ones are rather fine, aren't they?

Would he really dress like that? I would have thought he'd cultivate a more studious kind of eccentricity than that. But people get up to all sorts of things in their kitchens of course.
