Ooh, sorry, don't mean to interrupt... just poking my head around the door to say Hi to Tommo! Hi, Tommo! Been on yer hols? Whey hey! I'm back! Yep - and now fully refreshed. Whilst I was away I did this: and a few black and red runs. Ate lots too. And oddly enough, didn't listen to a lot of music. Been without the radio or CDs / mp3s now for 14 days Tommo
