How do I, lovely?
Let me county ways.

The activities of the opera troll at TOP have been commented on here in passing but blimey, has anyone looked in on the jass bored there recently ? This is a posting of deepest sympathy for host Peter.   ( posted on off topic because not worth a new thread )
That caused me to venture topwards for the first time in a long while. Made me quite nostalgic. Sniff. But then I got itchy and ate another cheese scone.

Much classical music is composed sitting down. As a result orchestras are traditionally seated to reflect the conditions in which the music was created.

Britain's main export is cats.

In today's Guardian review of Messiaen's Des canyons aux étoiles

Quote from: Andrew Clements
Aimard took on the solo piano role, breathing every second of this extraordinary piece.

Wouldn't you pass out if you hyperventilated for that long?

After some deliberation, I have decided to make this a post that doesn't mention the word 'donkey'.

This forum has been crying out for a post without the word 'donkey' in it for some time, and I am pleased to say that there are some of us brave enough to stand up and make these things happen.

She drove me to a car boot sale and came to a junction! All I could think to say after that was "She who hesitates is last"!
