I can post youtubes on that thread, only I can not always find it. I tried to find it on Waffle thread, but it was not there. May be I did not look well.

tp, it's on the Music Boards on the Home Page (photograph of man playing a lute. Well, I think it's a lute. Someone will correct me if I'm wrong Wink). The thread is called 'Watch and Listen'.

Well, you must have been looking better only yesterday morning, t-p, because you found it then and posted there:

That is because someone posted on the thread and I could see it on the bottom of my screen. I did not know what board it was on.

Hi Richard. Good morning all.

Possibly not before tomorrow's orchestration lecture.  Tongue

That's funny. I've got one of those in... <hastily consults timepiece> 45 minutes.

TP - one of the great things about this forum is how easy it is to find almost anything.
Go to the HOME page. You'll find a search box on the top right. Type in Watch and Listen.
If you want to find out who bailed out Sydney Grew when he was arrested in 1961, type in arrested 1961. If you want to find George Garnett on custard, type in custard.

That last one was a bit ambitious. It's here.

Good morning,

If you want to find out who bailed out Sydney Grew when he was arrested in 1961, type in arrested 1961.

I've always wanted to know more about that, always assuming it actually happened of course. What was Syd arrested for, I wonder? What was the outcome? Alas, we shall probably never know now.

Should I admit that when thinking of material for the 'Great Moments in R3OK History' thread I searched for 'Mary Chambers pyjamas all evening'? It was a moment when the tectonic plates shifted and my understanding of the world had to be fundamentally realigned.

I wonder who Sydney Grew is? He is not a member on this board... neither is, come to that someone called Baz.

I'm beginning to be worried about my image Smiley. George is surprised by my wearing pyjamas all evening (which I confess I have done) and time_is_now was amazed to find I sometimes wear red.

Actually, I do have some red pyjamas, but I only wear them in Norfolk Grin.

(They are very warm, you see, and Norfolk is very cold, at least when there is no heating in the bedrooms.)

I think I can detect the sound of tectonic plates in St Albans shifting again. Cheesy

A

It needs to be pointed out that both Syd and Baz resigned from the board, and that the specific posts which offended Syd had been removed before his departure: nor is it the first time that either has asked for his membership to be terminated.

We're glad that A has raised this issue, however, since it gives us an opportunity to mention that we've received PMs from some members considering resignation over her recent behaviour, which they have found contrary to the board's rules, and disruptive to the spirit of the community in general.

I said I wouldn't post for a while as I am modded  but,  I feel it necessary to point out , publicly as that is what the Mod team seem to like, that I too have had several personal messages of support. Resignation is also an option for me.
