No A! I've been up since around 10 - would have got up about 7.30 but with the lack of sleep due to the cold, I allowed myself to drop off again!

I just got back from the gym. I did 20 minutes on the treadmill, 20 minutes on the bike and 20 minutes on the cross-trainer and burned up nearly 500 calories so I'm quite pleased with myself. Got to tone up for my holiday - can't be seen in a cossy unless I'm all firm and toned! P.S. Forgot to mention the 50 sit-ups at the end. Don't like those.  |
