Sounds like torture to me, Milly.

It is torture Mary.  Not like beautiful ballet, but I'm after a "quick fix" because I'm going on holiday in 7 weeks time and I need some drastic firming up!
As I (almost) wrote earlier in another thread (at least once), you can't get fitter than a quick-fix fitter...

Best,

Alistair

OoOogh! Day dawns and we must ride, withal!

Up and out at 6 this morn to be dragged around by lickle puppy dogs that weigh 120lb ea. then off to town at 7am for things we ran out of yesterday.

Plan for the rest of the day:
(1) sleep
(2) coffee
(3) wash hair
(4) tba; expect to be called into action by the family

Hmm. George, that post looks suspiciously early to me.

Morning all!

Good morning.  George is absolutely right.  Impugning is banned for today and will not be tolerated.

Gorgeous sunny day again hereabouts and a lazy day planned by all.  Cheesy

He's probably going sorting through the peppercorns before seasoning the scrambled eggs, Mort.  It takes forever!  Roll Eyes

Doesn't he do them with coriander? That's what I do.

Ooh no!  One's butler does them with smoked salmon and black pepper (only ever since we read on here what's mixed in with the peppercorns.... Sad)

Good morning all and a big "well done" to all of us who have just returned from the gym having burned up 380 calories on the treadmill, cross-trainer and bike!  Grin

That wouldn't be just me then would it?  Undecided
