Martle: A pleasant mottled green marble often used in areas where splashing and other sybaritic aquatic activities take place. As in "I dream't I dwelled in martled halls."

Garnettian shorthand for 'Oops, I did it again' (a phrase more familiarly heard on the lips of a scantily clad and somewhat effortfully attractive American singer of popular music).

The city is a process which always veers away from the form envisaged and desired, ... whose revenge upon its architects and planners undoes every dream of mastery. It is [also] one of the sites where Dasein is assigned the impossible task of putting right what can never be put right. - Rob Lapsley

I have to wait a month for the furniture to be delievered. Factory workers are on vocations. I am hoping that when the furniture will finally arrive I will pay extra and delievery men will move the wardrobe down to the shed together with an old bed.
deliever v.t. to wait a period of one month before not telling any further lies about a delivery date. delievery n the act of deciding that the time is right to honour a delivery agreement rather than continue to lie about it. vocation n an activity to which a factory worker is dedicated when not at work.

A delieverer who needs more vocation time.

Oh. Ahem. Erm ... I'm afraid it was the 3rd, 4th and 5th letters that went - um - straight over my head, as it were. Really. It's true. I really am that innocent sometimes.
