Hurrah!

I only put the rest in because it's the name of the complete work. Although perhaps I could have just answered Busoni Doctor Fist? Does it appear in the opera? (PS: TF - don't reply on this thread, to avoid off-topic penalties Wink)

Clue to 382: The cousin has already appeared on this thread writing for the very same performer.

Oh, and 383 does indeed not appear in the opera itself, I'm told. (and that would have voided the puzzle anyway, eh?)

See how I can piggyback my response onto a clue w/o counting as off-topic?

Puzzle 375: SS or RS

Puzzle 376: SS or RS

Puzzle 377: SS or RS

A first clue to No.376 of this musically connected trio: the correct composer has already been proposed for this piece; it was written in 1902.

Is it then Prokofiev's unnumbered Symphony in G Major?  (#00, I suppose)

No, it isn't because...

Rachmaninov Spring cantata?

That's the correct answer, Mr Sudden! (The Dutoit/Philadelphia recording with Leiferkus, who had previously been identified as the baritone)

Then I shall fling a 20-pointer in the direction of Tchaikovsky's 1st symphony for 377 just for the heck of it.

A valiant fling, but one which will only earn you 20 points for an incorrect effort.  Smiley

I shall try Tchaikovsky The Seasons (in an orchestral arrangement) for 375.

A frayed knot, Mr Watson! We have already indicated that 375 is from a symphony...

No, it's a teensy bit more obscure than that!

Don't despair, it was a big family.

So, was 382 by Nicolas Couperin?
