Oh dear, the adrenaline rush is beginning to wear off. I knew there would be a price to pay for all that excitement. It's the Southwold Crazy Golf story all over again. A terrible inner emptiness and tristesse is beginning to take over. A digestive biscuit and bed, I think.

Whatever you do, don't click here. It will only end in tears.
I'm off to bed now.
Off to the land sans broadband, so I shall probably be here a week on Tuesday.

Good morning everyone, and especially George - did you get any sleep last night, or did you cast the digestive petulantly aside and spend the rest of the night going for five figures? (I didn't even manage four, but I'm not really the sporty type.)

Ho!  A well woman?
Is George a Carthusian Monk?  Has he become all artesian?  Is he into fossil water?

It's quite all right now, thank you, but thank you all for your concern. I've calmed down now. I just got a little bit over-excited at discovering my inner thug. That's all. It was only a temporary aberration and, although I did catch myself eyeing up a few cyclists rather menacingly this morning, I have crossed 'baseball bat' off the shopping list and feel much better for it. I blame Tonybob Cheesy

It's back to simpler and quieter pleasures now. Like having a quiet <snork> at the thought of Alfie the Boxer going out to 'powder his nose' Smiley.

Oh thank goodness George! You're back to normal.  Phew!  Kiss

P.S. Alfie is a Boxer.

So here I am tapping away at the office computer which can't even look at the games you've been talking about and wondering what on earth can be addictive and compelling enough to cause even short-term fluctuations in George's gender.

Can't wait for my new computer to arrive. Alas I have to. Damn and Blast.
