A Radio 3 listener reacts to the new schedules.

Blimey Ollie, you responded to my post before I'd made it! How did you manage that?

Er, my 725 referred to Andy's 726.

I don't know how I did that either.

It is the middle of the night and all is dark and all is silent ... no, there is a faint rustling in the undergrowth ... slowly, a figure emerges from the shadows.  It stops, turns and looks back at the undergrowth where she had been lurking these many weeks. No, it is time, she tells herself, she must not return to obscurity;  no more lurking in the lesbian raspberry canes, no more lurking behind the sofas; she must make herself known to these people, and join in this world.  But what kind of a world will it be?  That old known and much-loved world has now gone;  there is a new and untried one now in its place, but would it be right for her?  No, it is better for her to visit this parallel universe first.

But what about the people already here? Soon she would meet them ... what would they be like?  To think that she would soon meet them, these people whose conversations she had so often listened (?) in to  ... Soundwave, Anna, that charming Mr Sudden, Morticia, A, and (oh, how her heart beat faster at the thought of even his name) George Garnett himself ... It would not be long now ...

Morning t-p!  How are you this morning? If you have a look at the Breakfast Board `over there`, Rob seems to be giving us a chance to Waffle.

Ho Baz,

I have to say there are not many rams in Manchester, the traffic sort of gets in the way. The weather , contrary to popular belief , is not always damp but... as a Southerner I know that is what you will believe. As I no longer live there I am unable to research your theory about the damp rams however!

How are you this dull morning? happy?

Yes, it is not too bad at the moment. There is a new music thread for people who want to talk.
I think the new board is a little timid.  It is good to have two boards. One can air some question here and then go to the other board.

Do you know what they are playing? Notice the scoring?

Ps, Stravinsky ballet Les Noces is played up there on a previous post.
More pianos please.

An interesting band, A! I assume that those who are there (as devils) must obviously be Viola players, and those who aren't there are recalcitrant 'cellists who have given up in disgust?

Ho Baz,

You may be right.

After searching the emoticons I can't find an organist, but perhaps this is one looking for an instrument do you think?

But A - why on earth would you ever need to find (of all people) an organist? The mind boggles!
