I've been watching the horses galloping along the beach and into the sea.  Five horse boxes pulled up on the shoreline behind my house this morning - police horses very often come.  Beautiful sight.

Once some time back I was in my dining room playing the piano when I heard a very loud clattering and some most peculiar snorting noises - I turned to look out of the window and there was a huge black horse looking back at me - riderless!  It had thrown its rider and bolted off the beach, down the road a little way and into my drive.  I'm not usually afraid of horses but this was a huge thing - so I closed my gates from inside the house to keep it off the road and then went out to wait for the, hopefully uninjured owner.  He soon appeared, trying to look nonchalant and failing miserably!  Grin  No harm done and they were soon reunited.

Like that one, and also the Brighton one, A.

As this is a (classical) music message board perhaps we could have a thread called Sea Pictures. Wink

Brilliant idea, Martin. A lot of us need are either under the weather or not enough sleep.
This is not picture or the sea, but it is a sea creature.

This is what Milly saw.

This is what Milly saw.

These pictures are all very lovely but as they are all I see, all day every day, does anyone perchance live near a forest?

Milly would like a change of view .... Grin

Not a forest, but...

Castlerigg stone circle, one of my favourite places on planet Earth, on a fine summer's day.

That is a special place. I can feel it is a special spot.

I have good memories of being in Sequoia park in California. This is young trees, there were much bigger. The colour of them is like red wood.

Chill out is a good idea.   Smiley I like to chill out. To be always on the go is not good. Too much of anything is not good.

soon you will go around saying 'all things in moderation' like me lol

ooo, accompany someone on the viola eh

tp, do you have a cd ?

I have a CD player and I have some CDs, and I even have the piece played not on viola but on cello.
I wish I could get her Cd and just rest.
Now I have to go for some Enescu. The player is nervous and is coming later today.
