But, alas, so unlike my own home life these days in both cases  Sad

I had a strange conversation with my son a while back which somehow got round to who we thought were the sexiest characters on television (it's a father/son thing). My immediate choices were Sally Phillips, the young Marge Simpson and Rosie O'Gravy, Chief Detective in Dog City.

"Dad, you do realise that two of those are cartoon characters and one is actually a dog.'

You know, you can sometimes spot the moment when you finally stop being a hero to your children.

Hi Ian, yes, it is but i've not had a chance to listen yet as I am having computer problems and I want to sort them out (see the Grumpy thread).
At least this bit of the computer is still ok although I did lose the boot up bit completely earlier on.

Whilst I understand your choice of the one on the left of the two ladies. I cannot believe you would not choose the little bulldog puppy.  Don't you like squashy-nosed dogs?  They're my favourites - all of them - pugs, bulldogs, boxers, mastiffs..... Shocked

I've certainly missed you! I'm afraid I'm not going to get a dog, Milly. Several people have suggested it, but I'm just not a dog person. Maybe a burglar-sensitive recording of a dog barking viciously?
