fed up sooooo going to spend a large part of today in the park

THERE is a pleasure in the pathless woods,
There is a rapture on the lonely shore,
There is society, where none intrudes,
By the deep sea, and music in its roar:
I love not man the less, but Nature more,
From these our interviews, in which I steal
From all I may be, or have been before,
To mingle with the Universe, and feel
What I can ne'er express, yet cannot all conceal.

Lord Byron, (George Gordon)

I just feel down, am running a radox bath, will then hang around the park, the sunlight and nature shall revive me, one hopes, as it has in the past.

It could be just that. Alot of people arre suffering because of the lack of sunlight we have had this year. MrsBBM and a friend of ours suffer from SAD Syndrome.

Much happiness in Millyland!!!!   Grin

After pestering the surgery, hospital and consultant's secretary direct, this afternoon, I've just had a phone call from the secretary to say the teenager's lymph nodes were benign.  Thank God!  I'm sure I've aged 10 years.....anyway, he does have an infection on the scar site and has been given some antibiotics this morning - but apparently they were harmless reactive glands to previous infections. He must have been very run-down.  I was beginning to fear the worst so I can't tell you how relieved I am.

Off to watch football practice now with the little one.

Thank you all for caring and your good wishes.

Milly, teenager and smaller one. xxx

Excellent news Milly!! As Mary and Mort say, keep on with the nutritious food and, of course, make sure he finishes the course of antibiotics!
