My r3ok index page has come back! I have no idea why - it isn't anything I've done. (It's the only thing I feel happy about at the moment, though, as I still have no heating and don't want to get up.)

Oh thank the stars.
I have come to the end of Friday.
Concert tonight came off quite well, and both students and staff enjoyed it.
Feel so relieved and grateful.
I have the weekend to write a 13 minute piano piece, but I've been laying the groundwork for so long that shouldn't be a problem.
Project for tomorrow: pumpkin soup to feed eleven.

Good stuff LB!  Seems to be working out for you!

My own personal happy thing for today - my iPod appears to be working ok now - i think it was a faulty mp3 that caused it to misbehave..

I had a lovely evening out last night at the Cornwall Dramatic Assn awards dinner in Newquay, I looked a million dollars in a fab £5 charity shop Monsoon dress, with a wild wacky diaphanous (?) scarf my man gave me for Christmas a year or two back, which goes with it a treat.

We both looked gorgeous, he in his penguin outfit,me in the above mentioned. We danced the night away and even had an extra hour to sleep it off!

No awards for his theatre group this time, but no worries!

Now I'm happily preparing to go out for Sunday lunch in Truo.

Have a great day all !

ps When is it going to stop raining?

Lovely and sunny here Jan!!

Myself and MrsBBM are extremely happy today. Our car has passed its MOT. MrsBBM did the booking for the MOTonline last Friday evening, whilst I was at band. She also taxed it to for a year as well!! not bad either! I be going to play for the first time tonight with B&HCB tonight!

That's good news BBM, congratulations to your car.  Smiley  Always a miracle that's a joy to the wallet.  At least I can only assume it is - I don't think it's ever happened to me!  The best fail I ever had was a very small and insignificant bulb that had gone, which cost £1.25.  Smiley

That is good then.  I'm going to miss my mechanic when I move house - there's a garage at the back of my house.  My bonnet has a dodgy catch and after I topped up my washer fluid this morning it wouldn't go back down properly.  On the way to the shed I noticed his head bobbing along on the other side of the fence...

"Paul!"
"Mornin' Rube."
"Can you do that thing with my bonnet catch again?"
"Yeah pop it round."

Done within 2 minutes, off to work, no charge.  I'm spoiled, I really am.  Smiley

About 100 miles!  Eventually.  But not just yet.  Smiley
