I remember being taught about Tolland Man while at school and there are several well documented cases of "Bog Men", usually they were killed for some sort of ritual sacrifice.

I liked the story of the Ice-mummy. He still had straw in his shoes and a copper axe. Bit of a drama as to whether he was in Italy or Austria, can't remember the outcome.  |

This is unbelievable!! It's been dully, grey and cool here up to now. The sun has just come out for the first time, at the same time as a torrential downpour with HAIL! It's bucketing down and pounding on the windows, but with glorious sunshine. Jeez! No wonder everyone's confused around here.  |
