I remember being taught about Tolland Man while at school and there are several well documented cases of "Bog Men", usually they were killed for some sort of ritual sacrifice.

I liked the story of the Ice-mummy. He still had straw in his shoes and a copper axe. Bit of a drama as to whether he was in Italy or Austria, can't remember the outcome.

This is unbelievable!! It's been dully, grey and cool here up to now. The sun has just come out for the first time, at the same time as a torrential downpour with HAIL! It's bucketing down and pounding on the windows, but with glorious sunshine. Jeez! No wonder everyone's confused around here.
