Ho!.  Gee!.  The whole situation over there is out of this world.  A form of manic lunacy has appeared.  I see there's a message over there suggesting that the whole thing is a deliberate ploy to close the boards down.  It could be right, I suppose.

I am sure that is the case, soundwave.

I don't think the BBC likes what it feels that its interactivity has unleashed, and I think that, as with the Today message board fiasco, there is an attempt to curtail anything that could be labelled "discussion".

I can understand why a broadcaster would not want to host forums that have been infested with trolls spouting offensive vitriol, but why banish the CE discussions, for heaven's sake?

I think it's very sad because they were the only threads that seemed to have contributions from listener and performer alike.

I`ve been wandering and wondering among the Ruins Over There. I thought it was bad Tuesday, but what on earth is this business about Sylvie acting like Vlad the Implaer today?! I couldn`t seem to find anything posted by her.  Did they change the Host name back to Unnamed Host? Or did they pull the threads she had appeared on?  In the end I gave up out of sheer MB overload and exhaustion. Can someone put me straight?

Ho MOot.  Somebody else was posting and doing naughty things using Sylvie's name.  Apparently it's now been sorted and she, herself, has posted a message.

Phew. Well that`s a relief. I was beginning to think that the Cybermen had got hold of her. Still a sorry, bloody mess though. It goes beyond lunatics taking over the asylum and then raping and pillaging it. Next on the list will be to hang, draw and quarter all posters suspected of disloyalty to King Rodge and stick their heads on pikes outside Broadcasting Palace. Pictures available on the BBC Newspage.

A pox on their House, I say! Angry Angry Angry Angry Angry Angry Angry Angry Angry Angry
