It's been a-g-e-s  since we've had a Meet Up so ... How about the 19th June? A certain Member proposed a Pagan Meet Up after they missed the Christmas one. The 19th is pretty close to the mid-Summer solstice I reckon  so that could count as fairly Pagan Undecided ...

It' ll be in London, venue to be decided. All welcome Smiley

Sounds like a great idea.  Sadly 19th June is a no-go for me, unless it's in Berlin  Roll Eyes

At every one of these [classical] concerts in England you will find rows of weary people who are there, not because they really like classical music, but because they think they ought to like it. (Shaw, Don Juan in Hell)

Highly unlikely that the kilt or its Ron will make it. Sorry.

Not good for me, alas, unless everyone comes to Leipzig.

Plop!

I have a rehearsal that night (not in the big smoke).  I shall send on a cardboard cut-out Tommo who can stand guard by a pint of beer.  Hopefully I shall see you all some other time

My plans aren't clear but it's at least possible I can come along - I'll know more clearly by the end of this week.  Fingers crossed Smiley

I can do 19th June!  Can't get there until 8-ish, but certainly after that.

Fantastic Ruth! I knew there'd be a date out there somewhere when you weren't being the busiest woman in the world  Grin

Now, does anyone have suggestions for a venue? Should we aim for The George at London Bridge, or perhaps somewhere else this time?

The George is tried + tested and has a large outdoor space. Probably the best we've found yet + seems reasonably convenient from most directions . . . ?

Agreed, auto. And if some of us decide to go for food at some point there are a lot of good places to choose from around L. Bridge.

(It would be great to meet Reiner! Any other meet-up newbies up for it?)

Not quite a newbie but I will be there if I can get beyond Ascot on Ladies Day.
