Evening, George. The Stravinsky will do very nicely! No to the R Strauss, however.

Richard Strauss
Poulenc – Les Biches
Debussy - Jeux
Prokofiev
Ravel
Tcherepnin
Stravinsky – Rite of Spring

Hmmm, well it doesn't quite fit the theme I thought I had discovered but I'll give it a whirl:

R Strauss   -   Josephslegende?

Nijinsky was the link I had in mind though whether as choreographer or lead dancer at the premiere I hadn't quite worked out. But he doesn't seem to have been either for the Strauss (Fokine and Massine respectively).

None of them were Ellen Kent productions featuring Nijinsky the racehorse were they?

You're in the right neck of the woods with Nijinsky...seek another figure.
