Oh dear, now I see it. Where did that Tommo come from?!
To be fair the Tan Dun and Delius are sort of peripheral, designed to lead you in the right direction.
We note that Tommo and mahlerei are presently both online! We think we can see how the problem might have arisen from a post of Tommo's a little while back...

A dodgy edit, you mean? Could be a double bluff. Anyway, back to the quiz... Could the Delius be Paris, Song of a Great City? (Wasn't that where the Olympic torch was yesterday?)

Hurrah! Just the Tan Dun to go, then. Is it Marco Polo, or The Silk Road (something to do with travel)?

Presumably Tan Dun has composed something for the Olympic Opening Ceremony? He is certainly the music planner for it and is working on music for victory ceremonies. I also gather he's an Olympic volunteer.

Don Tommo
Tan Dun: Out of Peking Opera (for violin and orchestra).
The clue: the 1963 film 55 Days at Peking.

Aaargh! I was searching at one point for Tan Dun + Beijing! Try these four. This is not a topical connection (or a tropical one!) Haydn Sousa Vaughan Williams Tchaikovsky
