...and the mess under that woodbird's tree is something rotten, let me tell you. And don't get me started on the back of them giants' cave. Blimey!
Had that Mr. Hagen in the back of my eco-vehicle. Very clever man.

And what about Mrs Fricka and them bleeding rams? No regard for the safety other charioteers and the mess is something awful. I had words with her, I can tell you - it was just after that outbreak we traced back to them golden apples.
Gods! I ask you. We need someone like that Mr Hagen to sort them all out.

At every one of these [classical] concerts in England you will find rows of weary people who are there, not because they really like classical music, but because they think they ought to like it. (Shaw, Don Juan in Hell)

The number of times I've had words with Mr. Loge about his fags! Just keeps flicking his lighter like he doesn't care. Really! We've got baby heroes here!

I have just booked my first session with the CBT shrink for my vertigo/agoraphobia. It's on Thursday. I'm really quite pleased with myself and shall report on progress. (Well, at least on the bits not involving my being traumatised by the death of my first pet and that funny run-in with the verger... )

A friend of mine has just identified a phobia he has as trypophobia. He finds sweet-corn on pizzas, and the inside of peppers both quite discomforting.

the 'clusters' part of the definition. Spent the morning scaring himself by looking up photographs of related things on the internet. Lotus flower pod got to him the most:

Hmmm. That's got me thinking about other 'cluster' foods that might cause a problem. Off the top of my head - peanut brittle and those chocolate cornflake cakes. Perhaps? I'm not being facetious btw.

A neighbour of mine has a problem with birds too. Last year she called me out to help her catch an injured racing pigeon from her car park at work but as soon as I got there it became rapidly clear what our roles were. Hers was essentially moral support and instructing. Bless her. My ex was scared of being near the sea, which is particularly odd in that he's moved to Brighton. His sister is scared of driving over bridges, which I can now sympathise with completely, having caught it during a couple of years of panic attacks, which I'm now [touch wood] on my way out of. Not a pleasant experience. I won't even begin to name the many and various fears that come with that. A friend here is terrified of cows.

Regarding 'cluster' foods, slicing a tomato in half you have a cluster of pips, ditto kiwi fruit, pomegranates etc. Would they upset Inky's friend? Or a portion of peas? Or caviar?
A lot of people seem to be frightened of birds.

Pumpkins could be pretty horrendous as well.
