I remember a family holiday, many moons ago now(!), when we stayed in this persons holiday cottage, what a rank place it was to. It was in France and I shared a bed with my elder brother. One morning we heard  this buzzing noise, it came from the bedhead! There were quite a few of them to say the least, so we taped up the bed, eventually the noise died down. (I wonder why!)

That sounds rather disturbing! What were they? Wasps, bees, slugs with kazoos (Wink)?

I think I would have taken the headboard off after taping it up.

Oooh not nice!  I think your bed head is exactly the last place you'd want hornets.  "As far away as possible" is generally my preferred location for them.

Have you noticed how normal ice cream places don't do sauce manually any more?  They have these weird machines that include the sauce in the jet of ice cream?  You need a proper-posh-place-like before they offer hand-sauced ice cream these days... <wistful emoticon>

There was a shocking piece about a local ice cream man in the paper the other day.

He was found dead in his shop. He was lying on the floor and his head was covered in raspberry sauce, chocolate sprinkles, hundreds and thousands, and he had a flake in one ear Sad

Police say he topped himself.

They've stood an ice cream van outside school - and I'm going in a minute - lovely, soft, creamy ice cream with a flake in it...... Cheesy

You're just mean!  Sad

There's a wonderful ice cream van that does the rounds near my other half's house.  It's gloriously out of tune - it sounds like a cartoon ice cream van that's been hit on the roof with a giant mallet.  You can almost see the cartoon stars circling around it.   Cheesy
