164 is, I think, Copland, The Tender Land, but I am probably wide of the mark.

The Tender Land is incorrect, Bryn, but I can hear how you came to Copland from this snatch.

Well is not Copland, how about Hovhaness? Now which one? How about The Prayer of St. Gregory. Yes, I will plump for that.

Especially with that lone trumpet, Ollie, but no. It's not by Copland at all.

Not Hovhaness, Bryn. I've only heard a few of his symphonies (Mt St Helens the one I can recall offhand).

Now Bryn, your 166 seems to be an arrangement of the Mozart D major violin sonata K306...

So that would make it ... (?)

[There is Hope for Norrington in there.]

[[I'm going to turn in now, but I feel sure a correct solution Wilby here by breakfast.]]

Aha. That would make it the Wilby reconstruction of the Mozart piano and violin concerto in D major K App56/K315f...

I've no idea what the scores are at the moment but since RB seems to have got all competitive, I must be in with a shout for the Alan Davies prize?
