Our cat has noticably become rather bigger of late. He's eating a lot more meat these days and hardly any of the dry biscuit.

No, I'm not a complete idiot. I'm only a halfwit. In fact I'm actually a catfish.

They say that siamese cats are as smart as dogs.
I wish I had one of them.

Blue eye smart cat is an addition to any household.
I like Miss Martle the cat. Very dignified and well brought up cat she is.

Gulp. That's a real lump-in-the-throat story, Mary. If I was the owner I'd be crying my eyes out with a mixture of ecstatic delight and overwhelming relief. Sounds as though the cat is pretty pleased too Smiley

Absolutely.

(But if she really was a ginger cat when she disappeared, there's something decidedly fishy going on.....)

Well, maybe the journalist thought their talents were wasted on a 'cat story' and couldn't be asked to check out the picture first. Look, I just want to believe in a happy ending,ok? Just a small one.  Then again, the cat may have sold the story in return for a lifetime supply of canned tuna ...

The cat had a microchip, so it must have been the right one. I agree with Mort that the journalist got it wrong, or else the cat had been to the hairdresser during her time away from home.
