It's on Listen Again until Friday, bbm, about 2 hours 10 minutes after the start of CD Review.

To be precise, 2 hours, 12 minutes and 30 seconds.  Only four days left.

Strange isnt it how you feel one minute and different the next.

I was feeling right low today, until I nodded off infrnt of the tv this afternoon(hardly surprising), maybe its my tooth infection that I;ve had for the past feww days that's got me down), but I thought to my self, come on, this is no good. So i saw that several things needed doing, as i said earlier, like the recycling and the rubbish to be dealt with and then i done the week's roning. So I thought to myself, I feel better now. Peculiar sometimes,  Huh

Having recently taken a close look at Cardinal Richelieu, who made use of the arts to promote certain states of mind I can't help thinking that he may have been centuries ahead of his time, and perhaps only a step away from originating neuro-linguistic programming.

I don't get the picture George, just a blank page with a cross.  Why are you relieved?  Huh

Oh, sorry about that Milly Sad. I can still see it here. It was/is a picture of a rather charming Alaskan moose laughing away merrily with a "Greatly relieved but let's not get too carried away" look on its face.

There's a bit of an explanation here but to save a lot of reading and digesting, it's a psychological tool to help understand how we think, and if necessary, try to change the typical thought processes.
