Got through to Haslemere CP, they've got a waiting list and Pixie has been put on it. Still can't contact Brum CP, left a msg. I'm off to my Mum's house soon so I'll have to bring Pixie back with me - if I can find her, she has the habit of disappearing and doesn't spend the night in the house. I was told by CP that I'll have to keep her indoors for 2 weeks, so I've bought some Catsan, hope she knows what it's for. I've got a plant tray which is 22"x15"x3" - would that serve as a litter tray?

Andy, I can't believe the things this MB can prompt people into doing, I've just gone and measured the cat tray! Looks like your plant tray will do the business, ahem, but I would advise buying a litter tray with a 'roof/lid'. It gives the cat some privacy (and dignity), plus most of them come with a filter which keeps out nasty whiffs. You can also get cat pan liners which make cleaning it out a whole lot easier (and nicer) for the human/slave involved. You just lift it up and tie the liner together, bit like a bin bag. I got my litter tray from Argos, about £9. Hope you find Pixie. You may have to try food bribery ...

Oh Harmony - I hope your migraine has gone. I get dreadful, frequent attacks but manage to keep them down to a reasonable level so that I can have something of a life, with an injection that I give myself - one of the triptans. You can take them in tablet form if you can keep them down, so I'd ask about them if I were you. They work really quickly.

Excuse my butting in but for a moment I thought that was the Haslemere Communist Party or S and M league. I'll get me lead.

HH, in that a rest helped, I wonder if you may be fielding some sort of allergic reaction or even something on the ME continuum of which the headaches are a symptom? Glad you're feeling better now anyway.

I know people who pronounce it like that... The contrapuntalist's ailment: Fux's ache.

Not going into details - it's potentially too sensitive - but
