One Veronika Lenz seems to have split beer on his computer in this pub, alas.
George is sitting next to me and has no message for all of you. He's just corrected that to say 'No, I love you all, and send my warm regards.'

You see? Yet another piece of evidence that the Macintosh is a superior product. You can pour a pint over it and it still <awwkjhczeb cyeyxdenaw3cdd?©

soon we will meet, take computers out and write messages to each other. That food looks very good. I hope you have a good time. The company looks absolutely fantastic. (In my book who is who). I could never think it is possible to meet through this board. You are such a good company and I feel that I am with you.
Hi trained-pianist - don't listen to all that nonsense from the Apple Mac sectarians. Would you like a bottle of Becks, a pint of Staropramen, a bag of ready salted, cheese and onion, or salt and vinegar crisps?

I love it. Salty and unhealthy food is good at any party. I usually try to put as much as possible of this stuff inside of me at parties because I usually don't eat it. The more salt the better. As of beer I usually don't need much of it because I am giddy as it is (may be all the salt does it for me).

It is so exciting that you all are sitting together and can see each other. I am extatic. Your social life makes my head spin. You have to discuss all the classical composers and the one that are going to be classic no down and all historic figures that people are going to read about 100 years from now. I just have no words.

I think they are gone, martle. I also hope they have a hell of a good time there. I cannot imagine better company than that. Who knows may be one day we all will meet. Yes, Marticia. I second martle. You have to do a lot of chilling out now. One can not rush the process of healing.

Hello everyone (especially trained-pianist) from the King's Head in London!
I'm sitting here, using a wireless connection, courtesy of the City of London, together with Richard, Ollie, thompson, A, baziron, autoharp, TimR-J, George, Bryn and t-i-n. Hello! You are all missed, those who are not here. This should be a monthly event, I think.
Make the next one in Birmingham and I'll be there too!

Martle, t-p, are you the only two keeping the virtual seat warm for us? Martle, the river is wide, i cannot get o'er but thanks to ian's wirelessness i can at least say ho. Sorry you couldn't make it. We are having such interlectual discussions here. Apparently exciting things happen in southern universities. Maybe if i had been to one i would be more intelligent. Ho from richard, ian, tommo, george and bryn. Tne rest have gone home. They are light weights. We are the true carriers of the flame. HO HO HO

The city is a process which always veers away from the form envisaged and desired, ... whose revenge upon its architects and planners undoes every dream of mastery. It is [also] one of the sites where Dasein is assigned the impossible task of putting right what can never be put right. - Rob Lapsley
