Seaweed is good for you. This is why they eat seaweed. It is also good to wrap yourself in it while resting or reading.
I am glad you are better. Lazer sounds like a good way to get those seaweeds in. It is very powerful instrument that is capable to propel one into well being.

I hear seaweed is actually bugleringly nice, too. It looks just like spinach (but tastes a bit saltier). That is unless one chooses the wrong type of seaweed and one ends up eating something like this  yeuch! |

Seaweed should be dried (I think). It is full of mineral and other good things. We came from water and what they have in them is good for us.
