Relatively quiet here too.

And mercifully, Pvt. Lamin seems to be doing alright too.

Feeling a lot better today but still not 100%.
Feel a bit grumpy that it's taking so long to clear and hope that this is not a sign of how things will be from now on.
I suppose I'll just have to make sure I get enough sleep every night and not get too worked up over things.
Didn't go shopping in the end, but I did make a few phone calls about flats (the £600/month one has already gone, so that solves that dilemma) and I've got an appointment to see one on Friday. I've also cancelled my car insurance, filled in the form to get a refund on car tax and cancelled my AA membership.
So not an entirely wasted day.
Meanwhile it is raining like it's going out of fashion. Tomorrow is an open day (yawn) so I'm helping out there in the morning. We'll see how I'm feeling after that.

Again showing the geographical divide over that forty-odd miles, hh: it's been completely dry and predominantly sunny here all day...

... and cancelled my AA membership.
Please, tell us the secret! Many years ago when I was a member for a brief time, I found that the most effective solution seemed to be surgical removal, as part of a remedial programme which also included filling the letterbox with cement, moving to a new (non-specified) address, and living in a tent for six months.

I think they got the hint in the end. Or somewhere.

Well I'm talking to myself here, noone else around, but at least I'm guaranteed an intelligent conversation Wink

What does that mean? I don't understand at all. Please forgive me. My English is not good this morning. Now I think you are talking about not playing in a band. Are you going to rest on a weekend?

Take control t-p, make them good. It is up to you, no-one else can control your life unless you let them.

 Smiley Smiley Smiley
Our orchestra rehearsals are going to start soon. We are going to have the first meeting. It is going to be nine of us:
String Quartet, double bass, clarinett, horn, flute and I am going to be on clavinova. I will have to play on harp, harpsichord, organ and strings stops.
I am looking forward to that.

Choir rehearsal went all right last evening. Our centre at night (10 o'clock) is full of life. They are warming up for the weekend.
I ran to the car as fast as I could. I had a feeling that the party is about to begin and I am leaving.
Do you ever have such a feeling?

Do you have any plans yourself?
