I'M GOING TO HAVE A CUP OF TEA AND LOTS OF CHOCOLATE BISCUITS NOW
because it feels like it might make me feel better.
I'm going to avoid having conversations with anyone because they are tiring and make my head feel like it's going to fall off.
Why do I have no energy all of a sudden?

So chocolate isn't one of your triggers, then, hh?

Doesn't look that way. If I'm perfectly honest I think I only have one trigger: stress.

Doesn't look that way. If I'm perfectly honest I think I only have one trigger: stress.

Stress was my trigger too.  I used to have regular migraines with all the visual disturbances before the pain kicked in.  Once I got rid of the stress (i.e. out of the relationship) they suddenly stopped and I haven't had a full blown one for years.  I had a friend who suffered dreadfully and she went on a food exclusion regime to see if they could pinpoint what was causing hers.  Initially she was only allowed to eat lamb and pears as they evidently don't trigger it.

Apart from red wine, chocolate and cheese two other triggers are bananas and grapefruit.

There's quite a nice flat of which I like the look but it's £600/month.
It does have 2 bedrooms which is the reason for the cost. Would make having visitors easier. But it's still over £100/month more than I'm paying now...

Assuming that the second bedroom's big enough, I could put a desk in there and use it as a study as well... It's tempting. I'll phone up the agent and ask to have a look tomorrow morning.

Go for it!  It's nice to have more room.  As for the money, you can't take it with you, you know!

P.S.  Will you have any stairs?  Wink

hh, if you know it'll improve your life (in all ways, including the studio possibility), is there a better way could spend another £100 pounds or so a month? I know it's a lot of money. But this is a serious quality of life issue.
