I know one of the Whitworths of St Agnes, BBM, Chris is one of the GPs there. (His father before him etc.)
Chris used to play Rugby for Cornwall in his younger days.Nice chap, I was the Macmillan nurse at that practice once upon a time....sigh! So knew him then.

We were down there today in the campervan enjoying a walk at Chapel Porth and lunch at the Blue Bar, where I met you and Mrs BBM. Weather fandabulous.

Has anyone noticed that there is a heading missing on the Index page?  It was a thread started by Incy and the last post was by kitty.  What was that about then?  Huh

It's such a gorgeous day today I can't believe it!  November 1st as well, after the awful October we've had.  The energy police will be thrilled to know that I have no heating on and I'm about to hang out two lines of washing outside, some of which has been hand-washed. I also don't intend to go anywhere in my car today.  Grin

When I checked in shortly before Pumpkins last night (typical, you wait for hours then three come at once) there was a very curious new thread with a backwards title!
It seems it doesn't have a title at all now. A sort of electronic manifestation of the Spooky Thread perhaps?

I saw that a few minutes ago - it says The Coffee Bar backwards and just takes you to the coffee bar.  Most peculiar.  Huh

Life's a bit weird.
I don't really know what to make of it right now.
My mistake is sitting back and thinking about it.
I should just get on with it.

More like it's been a busy week, and today was my first opportunity to reflect on what's been going on.
Halloween doesn't really impinge on my life, other than causing me slight amazement at the costumes on the street.

We had no trick or treaters round here, haven't done so since there was trouble and the Police were involved, although I did have a Ritter bar just in case.

I have had a strange week at work and deciding to watch Ricky Gervaise late on Welsh tv last night fell asleep, I suspect through boredom?

BBM, did you see that house in Haywards Heath that was ordered to have its Halloween decorations taken down?  They were really spooky.

I once flew back from Singapore on All Hallows Eve, I kept looking out of the window for witches on broomsticks  Cheesy
