Respighi The Birds
Liszt St Francis preaching to the birds
Stravinsky The Firebird/the Nightingale etc
Tchaikovsky Swan Lake

At every one of these [classical] concerts in England you will find rows of weary people who are there, not because they really like classical music, but because they think they ought to like it. (Shaw, Don Juan in Hell)

the Respighi is further afield than Rome.
Brazilian Impressions?  Undecided

Oo look, Respighi wrote a Sleeping Beauty as well. Anything there? Tchaikovsky did one, Stravinsky orchestrated it... Liszt? Hm.

Well done, Ollie!

Not linked to birds though, pw. The link isn't in the works' titles. Have an extra composer:

Respighi - Brazilian Impressions
Stravinsky
Liszt
Tchaikovsky
Berlioz

(Or that one of the pieces is called Janine? Wink)

I think an extra composer is in order:

Respighi - Brazilian Impressions
Stravinsky
Liszt
Tchaikovsky - Manfred Symphony
Berlioz
Rachmaninov

Remember, not a common word link in the titles, but a musical connection.  Wink

Deviation. And repetition. And not enough hesitation.
