Marvellous here in York, thanks Mort.  All is well and my brother is saying with us for the weekend so we pretended to be tourists in town yesterday and walked around the walls.
Off for a bit of shopping shortly!

Good morning all. Like the photo Martle. I'm going out to take some snaps with my new camera. By Friday I should have them on the PC and by Christmas, if things go well, I might know how to post them on here!!! ( Do try and contain yourselves.)

Have fun Ted, we can help you know  Roll Eyes Roll Eyes!

Brings up bad memories of five hours trudging in the rain, greeny. Forever tainted they be.

Oh, topic-wise, I didn't wake up until well after the brightest hour today, so never had the opportunity to utter the phwase.

Eru, I know you love that bit of the werld Smiley. I can report that today was wonderful there. We found a lovely spot, and it was warm, sunny and yet with a slight breeze making the rushes along the waterways whisper and snarl. I brought some of those rushes home. Very special. Ended up at Herstmonceux castle (dull) and that CIA-style-looking International 'Study Centre' (Canadian, it turns out, but with WAY too many signs telling you to clear off).

I'm suddenly terribly nostalgic.
I really will have to fit in a trip to the south coast extremely soon.

I also don't have success tonight, but I am going back. Hope you sleep well.

Good morning. It is time to get moving. There are lectures to give, students to teach, rehearsals to  have.

Something happened between Osipiva and her partner Bolotin. Now she has a different partner. There is an interview with them in Russian.

They are still not used to each other and have to work very hard.

I don't know!  I come on here at 7.50 to try to do a same-day Tesco order and find that people have been up half the night!   Shocked

Good morning all. ( I feel guilty now because I had a lovely night's sleep and didn't wake up until Rob Cowan blasted me awake with some horrible Rossini.)

Morning everyone. I slept OK but some people in my area won't have had a good night since there's a burglar alarm which has been sounding somewhere since yesterday afternoon (at least). I can only just hear it with the window open but if you live close by..........

Good morning, Take 2 Roll Eyes I finally dropped off just after 6. Better than nothing I suppose.

Blimey Andy. Those people with the rogue alarm will be getting some pretty dark looks today, I would imagine Shocked
