Cheesy Another fantastic Where's The Skill In That? I wonder whether those very nice people @ Resonance could be persuaded to put it on an hour earlier though. It's miles ahead of any other programme they broadcast.

Yeh nice one Mark & Rob

That Joni Mitchell 'Tribute' album seems well worth exploring.

I particularly liked the Twilight Sad piece. I know I liked it. I wish I could remember how it went! Roll on the podcast!

Tongue Received the following reply from Mark concerning an earlier timing of their programme ‘Where’s The Skill In That?’ on Resonance:

Thanks Robin. I don't know about the schedule - that's up to the Resonance guys - but i'll talk to them about it.

Mark

Yes an hour earlier would be useful - I wonder if Resonance would oblige? It's great to have the show anyway, whatever time and however it is titled......

No new WTSiT this Weds. It's a repeat of last weeks show. Recording 2 new ones later this week. Slowly getting there on podcast/listen again idea. But the legal infrastructure for doing such a thing is just not there - which is why it's taking so long to sort out the legalities.

s'alright Mark - I'm just pathetically grateful for all the effort you guys are making. I'm more than happy to Listen Again! It will be good to remember why I liked Twilight Sad so much.

Keep kissing those frogs

To echo other messages here, I'm just grateful that you are a) continuing to play Mixing It-type music on an accessible station and b) even entertaining ideas of a Podcast/LA, given the legal work involved.

At the risk of exposing my prog-rock underbelly and being shot down in flames, at least the repeat of last week's show (which I heard) solves my dilemma of choosing between WtSiT and the Genesis interview with Mark Radcliffe on Radio2 tonight  Smiley

Thanks again, Mark,

R

Well unless my ears and eyes deceive me, this is the programme from a fortnight ago (14 March), not a week ago. So much the better, as I missed this one!

Is it good? I can only agree with Tony the Tiger...
